Who owns the web pages and what happens in the unlikely event I have to move my site?

The simple answer is you own your site. You own all the content, copy, html pages, images and any downloadable documents like PDFs etc. We naturally retain ownership of our proprietary Spartplugins and functionality. If we build any bespoke software/functionality for you then you own it.  We understand that our clients stay with us because they value the excellent service we offer, and not because they are forced to, This is another reason why our clients are extremely loyal.

In the unlikely event that you have to move your site off our servers then we will provide a complete static copy of your entire site so you have the up-to-date details of your blogs, news articles and other dynamic content.  We form good working relationships with all our clients and, like any good relationship, both parties are in it because it works, and both parties are free to leave.
