Because we provide a fully managed service for our hosted sites it's really straight forwards.

1. Simply email us the content, any text, images and indicate where you want it to go

2. We'll let you know how long it will take to do

3. You give us the thumbs up and we'll do it making sure:

• The changes are tested on all major browsers
• The changes are loaded into our version control system so we can rollback in the future if needed
• The update is done securely and efficiently maintaining the integrity of your site

So how long will it take?

We're very efficient and have well formed update processes. Because we built your site with future updates in mind then typically, new pages consisting of words and images, can be integrated at about 3 pages an hour. This may be less or more depending on the complexity of the pages themselves.

What most clients do is wait till they've got several changes and then send them to us in one go as this works out even more cost effective.

Content That You Can Update Yourself

Sites built and hosted by us can have the optional Spartplugins installed for a one-off installation price. Each plugin does a specific job, for example the Spartpress plugin allows you to add news and blogs to your site; the Spartav plugin allows you to create galleries for images and videos; and the Sparttestimonials plugin allows you to upload client testimonials. By using these plugins you get to manage important content on your site and they also improve the SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) of your site too!
